Aslan Rock The Iveagh Gardens In Dublin.

As part of their ” Feel No Shame 30th Year anniversary tour Irish group, Aslan certainly put on a decent show last night in the Iveagh Gardens here in Dublin. Up to 4,000 Aslan fans enjoyed the nearly two hour show in which saw the lead, Christy Dignam and the rest of the group putting on a really infectious great live show. Aslan who took to the stage at 8:45pm and opened up their stage set with ” This Is , which was quickly followed by favorites like Crazy World, & Angie, to name just a couple and a great cover of the Irish Ballad ” The Green Fields Of France.

Some fans who were at this show last night traveled from all around, Ireland to see Aslan preform and they weren’t disappointed. A couple of friends even came all the way from Scotland to see them play live. The crowd were a mixed bunch from early adolescents to matured adults.

Aslan were rocking last night and they really put on a good show band member Billy McGuinness put on a great performance with the harmonic treating all who were there to a very unique slot. Christy looked very comfortable on the stage and was very engaging with the crowds getting the crowd to sing along with him.

As part of their ” Feel No Shame 30th Anniversary album you can now buy it on Vinyl from all major record shops. The show ended at about 10.25pm after they came back on stage after their encore with ” This Time, and their support act was a group known as Vinci. This event was promoted by Aiken Promotions who kindly sponsored our tickets.

Aslan will also play next Saturday 21st July in the Iveagh Gardens which is a sell out.
